美景易逝

Nature's first green is gold,

自然新绿是金，

Her hardest hue to hold.

青艳碧秀难存，

Her early leaf's a flower;

萌芽嫩叶是娇花，

But only so an hour.

终归过眼烟云，

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

继而绿芽成叶，

So Eden sank to grief,

乐园沦为悲境，

So dawn goes down to day.

清晨转眼变白昼，

Nothing gold can stay.

难留寸金光阴。
